[Pathfinder] New Weapon Enchantment - Ruin

Ruin: When a ruin weapon does any damage to an opponent of its keyed type, the target must make a Fortitude save with a DC of 17. If the victim fails the save, he is Stunned for a number of rounds equal to the wielder's Charisma modifier (minimum of 1 round) as crippling pain wracks his body. Against the designated type of enemy, the weapon's enhancement bonus is +1 better than its actual bonus as well as doing an additional 1d6 damage.

A creature affected by a ruin weapon may attempt a DC 17 Fortitude save on their initiative to break free of the effect. Only one ruin weapon can work on a victim at a time; the effect must end before the victim can be vulnerable to the effect again.

To randomly determine a weapon's designated foe, roll on the following table:

% / Designated Foe
01 - 05 / Aberrations
06 - 09 / Animals
10 - 16 / Constructs
17 - 22 / Dragons
23 - 27 / Fey
28 - 60 / Humanoids (choose one subtype)
61 - 65 / Magical beasts
66 - 70 / Monstrous humanoids
71 - 72 / Oozes
73 - 88 / Outsiders (pick one subtype)
89 - 90 / Plants
91 - 98 / Undead
99 - 00 / Vermin

Saun deDefri +1 Aberration Ruin Distance Returning Throwing Axe
deDefri was the founder of a githyanki martial tradition devoted to hunting down illithid. deDefri Stalkers are trained in a wide variety of weapons and defensive mental techniques. The saun is one of these weapons, a heavy version of the shuriken that can be held and used in close combat. It counts as a Light Martial Weapon, and uses the same stats as a throwing axe.

A Stalker who graduates to the 2nd Sorcerous Circle within the tradition is given one of these devices with the enchantments listed above. These weapons are important tools in the Stalkers' tactics, used to disable mind flayers as early in the fight as possible and provide the gith with the upper hand.
